Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our commitment to safe, timely deliveries across serviceable Indian PIN codes.

1) Serviceability & Dispatch

  • We ship pan-India to serviceable PIN codes through reputed courier partners.
  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Peak seasons or sales may add 1–2 days.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email/SMS after successful payment.

2) Delivery Timelines

  • Metros: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Non-metros & Tier-2/3: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Remote / ODA locations: may take longer depending on courier network
Timelines are estimates shared by our couriers. Weekends, public holidays, weather, strikes or regulatory checks can impact delivery dates.

3) Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping fee is shown on the checkout page before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for cart values above a threshold.

4) Order Tracking

  • On dispatch, we share a tracking link/ID via email/SMS.
  • Tracking events are controlled by the courier’s systems and may update with a short delay.

5) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • To modify your address, contact support@thecosmicstudio.in before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes depend on courier feasibility.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated non-availability, or refusal, the parcel may be returned to origin.
  • Re-dispatch on customer request may incur additional shipping charges.

6) Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears opened, tampered, or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours.
  • Email support@thecosmicstudio.in with your Order ID and photos/videos of the package and product (if received).

7) International Shipping (if enabled)

  • Customs duties, taxes and import fees are borne by the customer.
  • Delivery timelines and return logistics vary by destination and carrier policies.

8) Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control—such as extreme weather, natural calamities, accidents, lockdowns, war, strikes, or government actions—may cause delays. Such delays do not constitute a breach of our obligations.
