4. Accuracy of Information Provided by Customer

For services such as Kundli analysis, astrology consultations and personalized recommendations, customers are responsible for providing correct information.

Where a certificate or authenticity documentation is specifically provided with a product, it relates to the information stated in that documentation and should be retained by the customer.

7. Product Images and Natural Characteristics

Due to the natural nature of many of our products, the actual product received may not be visually identical to the photograph displayed online.

Natural marks, inclusions, variations and minor imperfections may be present.

These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects where they are inherent to the nature of the product.

8. Orders and Payments

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and/or confirmation by The Cosmic Studio, as applicable.

10. Consultation Bookings

Once a consultation has been booked, the customer is expected to provide the required details and remain available at the agreed time.

If a customer is unavailable, does not respond to calls/messages, or fails to provide the necessary information, the consultation may be considered completed or may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of The Cosmic Studio.

Any rescheduling is subject to availability.

Consultations that have already commenced or been completed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

11. Cancellation and Refunds — Services

Because certain services involve time allocation and personalized preparation, cancellations and refunds may be subject to the specific service policy communicated at the time of booking.

Personalized Kundli reports, tarot readings, consultations and other services that have already been prepared, initiated or delivered may not be eligible for a refund.

Where a refund is approved, applicable payment gateway, transaction, administrative or other charges actually incurred may be deducted, where permitted by applicable law.

12. Product Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours from delivery.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For eligible products, returns or replacements may be accepted only if the request is made within the applicable return period communicated by The Cosmic Studio and the product satisfies the return conditions.

Products must generally be returned:

• In unused and original condition
• With original packaging
• With all accompanying items/documents
• Without damage caused after delivery
• With certificates, where applicable

Products that have been altered, worn, damaged, used improperly or returned without required documentation may not qualify for return or replacement.

13. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the condition of the sealed package through the opening and inspection of the contents.

This may be required when investigating claims relating to:

• Tampered packages
• Transit-related issues

Any such issue should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 24 hours.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
